Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets via email, chat, and phone within SLA timeframes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users across multiple operating systems
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference
- Provide clear, patient technical guidance to users of all skill levels
- Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers when needed
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Proactively identify common issues and suggest preventive measures
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to diagnose technical problems systematically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Patience and empathy when working with non-technical users
- Ability to work in shifts to support global customer base
Nice to Have
- IT support or help desk experience
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Familiarity with cloud services and SaaS platforms
- Experience with remote access tools
- Multilingual abilities
