Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support tickets via email, chat, and phone within SLA timeframes
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users across multiple operating systems
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference
  • Provide clear, patient technical guidance to users of all skill levels
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers when needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Proactively identify common issues and suggest preventive measures

Requirements

  1. Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to diagnose technical problems systematically
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems
  4. Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools
  5. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
  6. Patience and empathy when working with non-technical users
  7. Ability to work in shifts to support global customer base

Nice to Have

  1. IT support or help desk experience
  2. Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
  3. Familiarity with cloud services and SaaS platforms
  4. Experience with remote access tools
  5. Multilingual abilities
  6. Previous customer service background
